16 wonton wrappers
300 g soft cream cheese
icing sugar
1 egg
Method
1. Mix cream cheese with icing sugar make it as sweet or savoury as you want.
2. Layout your wraps
3.brush the edges with the egg and fill .
4.Fold the wontons into whatever shape you want, making sure they are well sealed.
5. Fry until golden brown.
6. serve with the ice cream of your choice.
