Lobster And Crab Wonton

Ingredients

8 oz. lobster meat
8 oz. crab meat
1/3 cup onion, finely diced
1/3 cup celery, finely diced
1/3 cup carrot, finely diced
1 cup Napa cabbage, finely diced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 pkt wonton sheets

Method

1. Combine all the ingriedients and leave for 12 hours
2. Fill each wonton sheet and fold remembering to wet the edges and seal properly.
3. Heat oil in a wok or skillet
4. Fry wontons until golden brown.
5. Serve with sweet chilli dipping sauce
